About OUR PRACTICE

At Evergreen Collective Therapy, we believe the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of meaningful change. Founded by Jennifer Waitkus, LCPC, our practice brings together a compassionate team of clinicians who share a warm, authentic, and collaborative approach to counseling.  We recognize that every person arrives with a different story, background, and set of needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we take time to understand who you are and tailor therapy around your experiences, values, strengths, and goals. 

Our clinicians draw from relational, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches, along with methods such as Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, ACT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, KAP, Psychedelic Preparation and Integration, Hypnotherapy, Sand tray, Mindfulness-based, Existential, Narrative, and psychodynamic therapy.

Together, our team works with children, adolescents, adults, groups, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and major life transitions. We are committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and creating a welcoming environment where people from all backgrounds can feel safe being themselves.

We currently offer a women's, men's, and teen's group. We also have availability for new clients and offer limited sliding scale openings.

Whether you are facing a specific concern, feeling stuck, or simply hoping to understand yourself more deeply, our goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward greater healing, connection, and self-trust.
